This position will coordinate with PSC's Executive team and department leaders on tasks associated with compliance in the areas of HR, Safety & Environmental, Operations and Sourcing. Travel to each facility to conduct regular training and audits. Maintain a constant focus on PSC's continued compliance with all regulatory agencies and PSC policies throughout the organization to secure PSC's financial stability.
SOURCING & OPERATIONS:
- Collaborate to structure all types of contracts, NDAs & non-compete agreements with customers, suppliers, employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with Department leaders to complete customer surveys and questionnaires relating to company policies and regulatory compliance.
HUMAN RESOURCE:
- Coordinate responses to any EEOC, unemployment and escalated WC claims.
- Complete compliance reports (EE0-1, Vets, AAP, etc.).
- Lead Company policy revisions.
- Learn and understand PSC's 401 k admin.
- Control benefit billing, claims reviews & open enrollment process.
SAFETY & ENVIROMENTAL:
- Take lead on OSHA visits and responses.
- Manage DOT program and company safety meetings.
- Coordinate proper disposal of controlled environmental substances.
- Lead all Phase 1 studies for acquisitions.
